Whether they are harvested or are still growing. A tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, but also kalanchoe, gerbera or rose is actually a sensor. It tells us whether it had a nice life when it was still growing, received the right amounts of water or food … and whether it was treated well by the staff during the growing and harvesting process.
That product tells us something about the process, the potential and the quality, information that enables us to gain new insights. This allows both the product and the process to be optimised.
